Tender and slow-cooked, by the plate, in a taco or by the pound with corn tortillas and red and green salsa.
Menudo
A warm bowl in small or large, served with lime, onion and tortillas.
Breakfast tacos
Chorizo and egg, bacon and egg, potato and egg, bean and cheese and more, on warm tortillas.
Café de olla
Traditional spiced coffee. Add a concha and breakfast is ready.
